These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Seni Wave mobile application (the “App”) operated by A&K Labs DMCC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms apply only to the mobile application and do not replace or override terms applicable to other Seni Wave services or websites.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided free of charge.

You may use the App for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not disrupt or interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

2. Availability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse or abuse the App;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • interfere with the App’s infrastructure or performance;
  • use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where misuse is identified.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, interfaces, design, and content, are owned by A&K Labs DMCC or its licensors.

No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A&K Labs DMCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Privacy

Use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy – Mobile Application, which explains how limited technical information is processed.

7. Open-source software

The App includes open-source software components licensed under applicable open-source licenses.

In particular, the App uses LiveKit (https://livekit.io), which is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

You may obtain a copy of the Apache License at:

LiveKit is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, as set out in the applicable license.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be made available within the App or on our official website.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
